Mike Sroka
Founding Partner
A veteran of the Greater Philadelphia real estate market for more than three decades, Mike actively participates in the overall planning and execution of the firm’s marketing and operational objectives. Mike is also co-owner of the award-winning Home Experts For You sales and leasing team which has been strategically aligned with M Property Services to facilitate all of the firm’s residential and commercial sales and leasing activity. Mike is an active residential and commercial real estate investor and together with his sales and leasing experience, he brings a deep understanding of the real estate investment and property management processes that helps shape services the firm delivers. Mike actively participates in charities such as One Life and the Front Row Foundation. Mike is a member of the local economic development corporation, a board member of the local Chamber of Commerce, a member of a special Borough Committee for Real Estate, and provides expert witness testimonies in various real estate related matters involving developers and local municipalities. Mike graduated from The Fox School of Business at Temple University with a B.A. in Business Administration, with concentrations in Human Resources and Real Estate. He currently holds his Associate Broker License through EXP Realty.
Matt Donnelly
Founding Partner
Matt’s Greater Philadelphia-focused residential and commercial real estate sales, leasing, investment, and property management experience spans over fifteen years. Matthew actively participates in the planning and execution of the firm’s overall marketing and operational objectives. He is also co-owner of the award-winning Home Experts For You sales and leasing team which has been strategically aligned with M Property Services to facilitate all of the firm’s residential and commercial sales and leasing activity. Mathew’s entrepreneurial background and intense focus on the delivery of superior client services helps guide and shape the relationships M Property Services builds with its client-owners and client-tenants. Matthew has successfully founded and operated various real estate related businesses and is a real estate investment advisor to local and regional individuals and business owners. Matthew actively participates in various local charities and consistently volunteers his personal time for the betterment of the local communities. He is a graduate of LaSalle University and holds a degree in Information technology and business. Matthew currently holds his PA and NJ realtors license through EXP Realty.
Brian Roller
Senior Property Manager
Brian was born and raised in the Manayunk area of Philadelphia and currently lives in Plymouth Meeting with his family. He attended Archbishop Carroll High School and graduated from Temple University with a degree in Business Management. He joined the M Property Services team in early 2020 as the Property Manager assisting in business ventures and as a hands-on team player. Prior to joining the M Property Services team, Brian served as a Managing Director for Hilton Hotels in Philadelphia, owned and managed his own small business and worked in Property Management. Brian demonstrates his proven track record of experience, confidence, and relatability every day in real estate customer service, and is here to guide you every step of the way.
Ryan Codkind
Field Manager
Ryan Codkind is a Field Manager at M Property Services, specializing in property turnovers, maintenance oversight, and tenant relations. He works alongside the Senior Property Manager to ensure properties are maintained efficiently and to a high standard. With a background in automotive operations and fire safety, along with a strong focus on attention to detail and problem-solving, he is known for effectively handling all types of situations. Ryan graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing his real estate license as he continues to grow within the property management field.
Nate Kiernan

Nate Kiernan’s Greater Philadelphia-focused residential real estate and property management experience centers on leasing strategy, asset performance, and client service. As Leasing and Asset Performance Manager at M Property Services, Nate actively supports the execution of the firm’s marketing, leasing, and operational objectives across its residential portfolio. He plays a key role in optimizing rental performance, accelerating leasing timelines, and ensuring a seamless experience for both property owners and residents.
Nate is also a licensed REALTOR® and member of the award-winning Home Experts For You sales and leasing team, strategically aligned with M Property Services to support the firm’s residential sales and leasing initiatives. His energetic approach, modern marketing mindset, and natural ability to build relationships help strengthen the connections M Property Services fosters with client-owners and client-tenants.
With a strong foundation in real estate operations and hands-on leasing execution, Nate focuses on maximizing occupancy, improving asset value, and driving measurable portfolio results. He is passionate about professional growth, client success, and delivering dependable performance in competitive markets. Nate currently holds his Pennsylvania real estate license through eXp Realty.

Alyssa is a leasing agent serving Greater Philadelphia and its suburbs, with a strong passion for real estate and helping others find the perfect place to call home. As a Pennsylvania native, she brings valuable local knowledge and a genuine understanding of the community to every client interaction.

Megan Lowry

Megan Lowry is a leasing agent with M Property Services, focused on business development and building relationships with new landlords across the Philadelphia suburbs. She works closely with property owners and tenants, efficiently leasing and managing properties from start to finish. With a background in finance and sales, Megan brings a strong understanding of pricing, market positioning, and effective communication to her role. She takes a practical, results-driven approach to help landlords confidently navigate the leasing process. Megan holds a Pennsylvania real estate license and earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Saint Joseph’s University.
