RENTER'S INSURANCE

If you will recall the lease addendum you signed, we do require that all renters have renters insurance and provide us proof of policy. While we separately hold landlord insurance, this does not cover your personal belongings. We recommend Torresdale Insurance Brokers, but feel free to explore and compare any other options you may find. A copy of your policy must be presented by move-in day. Please submit via the portal.
